How membership works

The figures are on our enrollment page and we go through them with you. This page is about what sets them and how it all works.

  • Membership is set by the plan you choose and how often you train: two classes a week, every class, or a class card. The current figures are on the enrollment page, and we go through them at your first class.

    • Two classes a week or every class

    • A class card for visitors and shift workers

    • The women's class is part of every plan

  • Registration

A one-time joining fee covers your enrollment file and a set of hand wraps. It is due when you join.

  • Holding a place

Classes are up to 18 students. If a class is full, you can join its waitlist from the schedule, and we text you when a place opens. A joining fee holds your place on a plan.

  • Billing

Membership is billed monthly. You can pay by card each month or set up autopay on the enrollment page. A class card is paid when you buy it.

  • Help with tuition

Ask us whether a payment plan is open this month. We answer in writing, and we are glad to talk through it with anyone on a changing schedule.

  • Two classes a week starts with three months, and every class with twelve months, then both run month to month. To stop, tell us in writing and give 30 days' notice. You pay for the month in progress and nothing after the notice ends. Ask us how to pause for travel, orders or an injury.

  • Missed classes and make-ups

If you miss a class, come to another class at the same level that week. Pausing for travel, a shift, orders or an injury is a conversation, not a form: tell the front desk.

  • Uniforms, costumes and other costs

Beyond membership there are hand wraps and gloves you choose to buy, and a studio t-shirt. The front desk lists each one and what it is for before you pay.

    • Hand wraps and gloves

    • A studio t-shirt
